Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Yes. We are proud to have been insured through American Family Insurance since we began our business in 1989.

Currently we accept cash or check only. Payment is expected upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

No contract is required for window or gutter cleaning. However, due to the variables associated with snow storms, we do require a contract for snow removal.

An appointment is only needed when we need to come inside your home, or if you've requested a specific date for the work. If you have a maintenance agreement with us, we will schedule your next service, arrive on the scheduled date, and perform the work requested.

Yes, we work all year — with one exception. Gutters that hold water can freeze in winter and must thaw completely before they can be cleaned. We recommend our twice-yearly maintenance service to keep gutters flowing year-round.

It is a common misconception that windows look bad if it rains right after cleaning. The truth is, spots are caused by dust that collects on the glass in the weeks before it rains. Generally, if it rains within a few days after we've cleaned your windows, they will still look great.

What Our Customers Say

We have used Dan for years. He is reliable, goes above and beyond to clean the windows. He will also clean the chandeliers, any light you can't reach. He would see something that he doesn't do and tell me about the issue. We have used him for 15 years. He is like a friend — his service is so reliable and such great work.
